In 2004 Sophie trained in floristry at Sheffield College. In 2005  Sophie opened her florist and gift shop, Simply Fair and Square, in the beautiful market town of Bakewell nestling in the heart of the Peak District.

In Summer 2007 the decision was made to focus on wedding and event floristry so Sophie became a freelance florist and  Beau Blossom was formed.

We now offer a hiring service including the stunning 5arm candelabras.
